Stretching the Plantar Fascia & Achilles Tendons is a critical exercise for relieving foot pain caused by Planter Fasciitis and Achilles tendinitis.

Providing an improved method for stretching the Planter Fascia and Achilles Tendons utilizing our Mobility Enhancement System incorporating a dual pulley designed to enhance the pulling power for the patient over conventional methods without a pulley system.

How to Use The Foot Exerciser

  1. Attach the chair leg anchor (1) to the front chair leg corresponding to the injured foot making sure the small stirrup is at the bottom.
  2. Position the injured foot into the foot wrap (2) by inserting the large toe inside the stirrup strap (2.1), then secure foot with interior Velcro strap (2.2), then adjust foot wrap strap at the buckle for a comfortable fit (2.3).
  3. Finally, extend your leg as shown and adjust rope length at handle (6) than pulling on the handle applying pressure to the bottom of the foot stretching the Plantar Fascia and Achilles’ tendons.
